- 5 / 5By A Google UserIf you are not a local and ever find yourself in Pecos, NM in the morning...you absolutely HAVE to go to Pancho's in the Shell station convenience store to get yourself a breakfast burrito. Your choice of red or green chili and your choice of meat, they add eggs, cheese, potatoes, and love, and you get an incredible burrito. I go there on the same day every year with a group on our way to the Pecos Wilderness for a week of hiking, and we always stop at Pancho's. I usually start drooling about three days before we get there.May 23, 2017
